Inside chilling layer of roll barrel ,there are tiny and disperse graphite,the quantity of which slowly and levelly increases from the outside to inside, the chilling depth,thereby, without obvious limits.The dropping of roller rigidity is slight and heat crackability resistance is good.
Apply to mid-step mill stander and planishing mill stander in section mill, bar mill and wire rob mill;And planishing mill in strap rolling mill.
